About the Author
Achraf Aamri is a digital consultant based in Marrakech, Morocco, and a lifelong reader with a particular interest in people, patterns, and the choices that shape a life.
His work revolves around understanding how people, businesses, and systems work—and what happens when the logic that seems obvious on paper meets the messiness of real life. He has always been drawn to the same questions beyond work: Why do people make the choices they make? Why do we follow certain paths? And why do we so often mistake a temporary situation for a permanent truth?
He reads widely and has a particular fascination with stories of people who changed direction, started again, succeeded after failure, failed after success, or simply took a path that made no sense until much later.
Over time, he began noticing patterns in these stories. Different people, different circumstances, different decades—and yet surprisingly similar ways of dealing with uncertainty, ambition, failure, and change.
Life Is Not Linear grew from that curiosity: from reading, conversations, observations, and a growing suspicion that perhaps we spend too much time trying to make life follow a system that life never agreed to follow.
Achraf continues to work in digital consulting, read, write, and look for patterns in places where most people see only coincidence.
